a thousand miles.

Yup.....she catapulted from Tucson to San Diego and she
arrived safely, not a scratch not a bruise not a pain managed
to have a close encounter with her silky smooth sassy sexy epidermis.

Left my office and headed to Tucson. I was glad I beat the traffic.
things can be really bad over here esp during a long weekend.
upon arrival, we headed for all u can eat sushi. i think that was
a bad move since i was stuck in the drivers seat for the last 6hrs and
immediately, pounding and loading my stomach with raw fish, seaweed,
cavier, and raw pigeon egg and lots of rice. nevertheless, it was an
awesome dinner. i ate too much and i have to tell u, i surrendered, raised
my white flag and dashed out to take a stroll. thank-goodness i did not
puke. it was tuff eating like a glutton....... :(

later, helped her to do some clean-up and i don't believe that the
townhouse was absolutely clean. i mean, it was a mess everytime i
go there. i have to say this, and kudos to all of you. the gang helped
to jam packed the car. the next morning, we continued to clean-up
and packed more stuff into my car. it was full load!! i don't believe
my car is roomy to take everything in, well, almost everything.

went for lunch and of course, i still feel the cavier in the stomach cooking
in the acid and the raw fish breaking down in my duodenum by the enzims
and most of the rice are on its way out. i did not eat a lot, besides, i have
another 6hrs to drive.

well, back on the road again. the sand dunes after yuma are just awesome.
to me, i think it's a replica of the sahara desert. only sand and nothing else.
that's where they shot the movie, Stargate. we safely arrived at san diego
on sat evening. had a good dinner at 168, beef noodle soup taiwanese style
and singapore fried vermicelli.

i helped her to unload and within a couple of minutes, i was soaked wet
due to the humidity and the apartment was at the 2nd floor. we were so
exhausted that we decided to continue to unload the remaining half load
the next morning.

the san diego sunday sun came out and we unloaded the remains of her stuff
after having a good brunch at the dimsum restaurant. yum yum....it was good.
when everything has been taken care off, we headed to pasadena for an
earlier BBQ. we came back to san diego later.

ha....for the last 3 days, my car clocked another thousand miles.
way to go honda arigato!!
