exercising rights..... live to eat!!

America = California. why? 30 Million inhabitants on that state.
the state with most people. that is 10% of the population of the
nation of 300M. food is everywhere; convenient. most of all, BigMac's
everywhere.

it's not only your diet. that's what i feel. it's other stuff too.
your exercising habits, your metabolism rate, how well u sleep,
most of all, the time spent chewing and munching your sandwich, etc.

most people eat on the go; that's the problem. when i drive around
esp lunch time, i see a lot of people chowing down a bigmac while
they drive. that's where the drive-thru comes in. come on....u can
eat a hamburger from your driver's seat without moving your fata55.

if u eat in a hurry, u tend to eat junk food and eat lots of them.
i really hope someday i could have a good lunch all the time with
a glass of red wine. of course, a siesta to follow.

also, people contracting AIDS are on the rise.
