It's Saturday and I promise to help this RCG(recent college graduate)
to buy a car. He is from Bombay or Mumbai and he is eyeing on
the Audi. A MSEE graduate with 3.9 GPA, a smart kid and no doubt
what do u think he needs, a COOL car of course. A typical college
graduate. Sigh!!

He cannot decide whether to get a certified A4 cabriolet or a
A4 sedan. We test drove the cabriolet today and he loved it. That car
is awesome u know. Those Germans no doubt knows how to build
fantastic automobiles. At the end of the day, we went to 2 dealers.

All I can say is that, the sales guy taught him how to buy a car. He
thinks buying a car is like buying a microwave oven, trying to get the
best deal from Wal-mart, Target, etc. I felt like slapping him man.

Anyway, earlier in the afternoon, we went for pasta in San Diego
Little Italy. I did not have time to really walk around. What a waste!
But on the way back to Mira Mesa, we drove to Mission Bay and
Pacific Beach. It's beautiful!! I helped him to move some stuff from
the hotel to his apartment after we got home. What a day.

Oh yes, he needs to call his mum for advice on the A4 cabriolet.
To me......a car is to take u safely from point A to point B. And, when
a car is a liability, it is no good. But when a car is an asset(though
it de-appreciates thru time) then it's good.

We'll see what's gonna happen tomorrow. He needs to get a car since
he needs to return the rental car soon.
